RED SNAPPER FISH | Big Fish Grill Recipe Cooking in Village | Fish Fry in Clay | Ancient Cooking

Today in our village, we cook fish recipe using big red snapper fish. We grill this fish using clay. First, we apply the hand-ground traditional masala on the fish then we wrap it with banana leaf and silver foil paper and finally we cover the fish with clay. We directly grill the fish in the fire.

Finally, we tasted the fish with a nice aroma! Tate is yummy!
