200g Elbow Pasta
100g Mozzarella cheese (1 cup)
150g medium Cheddar cheese(1.5 cup)
3-4 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Maida
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1/2-3/4 tsp Chilli powder
Salt as required
1.5 cup Milk
1/2 cup Cream
Bread crumbs (optional)
Bake at 350F/175 C for 25 min or until the cheese melts
