To make Dosa Batter:
1.5 cup Idli Rice
1/2 cup skinless black gram
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
2 tbsp Channa dal
1/4 cup flattened Rice (Aval)
2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Salt (or as required)

To make Podi for Dosa:
1 tsp Oil
1/2 cup skinless black gram
1/4 cup Channa dal
10 Red Chillies (deseeded)
Curry leaves
1/4 cup Pottu Kadalai (rioasted Channa dal)
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
3/4 tsp Salt (or as required)
