We collect 2000 chicken gizzards from the chicken shops, and we make these all for gizzard fry recipe in our village. One chicken has one piece only. So we collect 2000 gizzards from 2000 chickens.
We eat the gizzard fry with mutton curry and kodo millet rice! The food is healthy and tasty!
