Today in our village, we cook fish recipe using big red snapper fish. We grill this fish using clay. First, we apply the hand-ground traditional masala on the fish then we wrap it with banana leaf and silver foil paper and finally we cover the fish with clay. We directly grill the fish in the fire.

Finally, we tasted the fish with a nice aroma! Tate is yummy!

Today in our village, we cooking three types of variety rice which are quick lunch recipes everyone can make. We cook Tomato Rice, Lemon Rice, and Coconut Rice.

These variety rices known as in our village, Thakkali Sadam, Elumichai Sadam, and Thengai Sadam.

We also cook potato fry as a side dish for these variety rice recipes.

Today in our village we cooking south Indian street samosa recipe with potatoes and onion. A lot of peoples are using maida flour to make samosa but we use atta flour which is healthy. Normally made with potato or onion but in south India all two items. This crispy samosa recipe is famous in south Indian street tea shops.

First, we made samosa sheet and we made samosa masala. Finally, we cook this samosa with the traditional method.

Today in our village, we cook delicious steamed momos recipe. Most people cook momos with vegetables, but we use chicken meat. Momos is the most famous street food recipe that everyone loves to eat as a snack, and we do the same.

Finally, we enjoyed this momos recipe in the evening. The taste is delicious!

Angry birds curry recipe in one of the rare and costly recipe in our village. Today our village grandpa making quail curry recipe for village foodies and orphans.

Quail curry is one of the tasty village food to eat and good for health also.

We call this recipe in Tamil as kaadai gravy and kaadai kulambu.

Today in our village, we hunt tiny snails in our lake! We call this type of snail "Oomachi" in our language. While hunting we enjoy the village nature and we clean the snails in the lake water.

This snail recipe is an authentic recipe of our village and this is the traditional food for our village peoples.

Finally, we eat the snails with real nature!
