The Chernobyl disaster happened on April 26 1986, at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant in Pripyat, Ukrainian SSR, which was part of the Soviet Union at the time. It is often regarded as the worst nuclear disaster in history.

The incident occurred during a late-night safety test in Chernobyl's fourth reactor. A sudden power surge caused a large explosion and the discharge of a significant amount of radioactive elements into the atmosphere due to a combination of design defects and operator errors. Large amounts of radioactive particles, including iodine-131, cesium-137, and strontium-90, were discharged as a result of the explosion and ensuing fires.

The direct impact of the explosion killed two plant workers, and 29 more perished in the days that followed from acute radiation illness. The long-term effects of the Chernobyl tragedy were severe, with an increase in malignancies, particularly thyroid cancer, among people exposed to the radiation. To minimize future exposure, the affected area was evacuated and a huge exclusion zone was constructed.

Chernobyl had far-reaching consequences for nuclear energy policies, safety standards, and public opinion of nuclear power. It also contributed to the eventual breakup of the Soviet Union by highlighting the government's secrecy and reluctance to divulge information about the catastrophe. Significant changes resulted from the accident.

Today in our village, we cook a delicious omelette recipe using fish and eggs. Normally, we cook an omelet recipe with egg, but we add some more steamed fish meat to it to make this omelette recipe different.

Finally, we eat fish omelette with fish head curry, the taste is delicious!

Today, in our village, we cook a 200 pounds big stingray in traditional village style.
We cut the giant stingray and prepare a spicy village fish curry with hand-ground masala.
We also make tasty stingray fish fry using simple village ingredients and firewood cooking.
This country life seafood cooking brings the true taste of outdoor village food experience.
Finally, we enjoy the big fish curry and fry together in our village.

Payasam Recipe is one of the famous south Indian Dessert Recipe.

Today we cook two types of Payasam which are Javvarisi Semiya Paal Payasam and Pasipparuppu Payasam. These Payasam recipes are very famous in south Indian vegetarian food.

In north India, these recipes are called Kheer Recipe and the names are Milk Kheer and Moong Dal Kheer.

To cook this Payasam recipe we use homemade ghee, traditionally made palm jaggery and some more traditional and healthy ingredients.

Finally, taste comes with yummy.

Today, in our village, we cook a unique Arabian-style Chicken Mandi Biryani using a traditional underground (kuzhi) method. Fresh whole chickens are marinated with hand-ground mandi spices for rich flavor.

The mandi and biryani are slow-cooked inside the pit for 3 hours, giving a natural smoky aroma and juicy texture.

This traditional cooking method brings the true taste of Middle Eastern mandi in a village style.
