Ingredients:
For the ultra moist Chocolate cake recipe:
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Milk (125 ml)
1/2 cup Curd (125 ml)
1/2 cup Oil (125 ml)
1/4 cup melted Butter (25g)
2-3 tsp Vanilla extract
1.5 cup Sugar (300g)
1.5 cup Maida (185g)
1/2 cup Cocoa powder (50g)
1.5 tsp Baking powder
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
Bake at 175C /350 F for 35-38 min (8*8 inch square pan)

For the Chocolate frosting:

1/2 cup cream
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (150g)
2 tbsp Butter
50g powdered Sugar (can increase up to 75 g to suit our preference)
If using dark chocolate increase the amount of powdered Sugar
If using Milk Chocolate only 2 tbsp of powdered Sugar would be sufficient.

Today in our village, we made 1000 Boondi Laddu by using Kalkandu syrup. We use Kalkandu instead of white sugar. Boondi laddu is one of the important Diwali sweet recipe in India.

We use traditional ingredients like Homemade Ghee, Hand Ground Cardomom powder to enhance the taste of Laddu.

Meenakshi misunderstands him to be the rapist and scares for whatever he looks and does and at once stage she shouts for help. Angried Natesan explains who he is and why he has come and Meenakshi apologises for her misunderstanding. Meenakshi asks his home for rent but demands that no children to be present as it is big disturbance for her work in the house where she is staying. Natesan lies to her that no children is present in the house as he needs a tenant immediately for the rent due to his financial situation. Meenakshi visits the house and gets irritated on the mess inside the place but Natesan manages to grab advance amount from her. Meenakshi finds there are lot of children in the home and demands him the money she gave. But Natasen says since he did not give receipt for the amount she gave as advance, she cannot claim her money back and because of this she stays unwillingly in that house.

Kali is a traditional and healthy recipe for farmers and the poor in the past. Our family elders and in our childhood we also eat kali and koolu as the main food.

Kali made with Ragi and we need to make it flour to use it for the cook. We use traditional hand stone grinder to grind a Ragi.

We also use karuvadu (Dry fish) and other some village sidedishes which is used traditionally.
